They connect directly to the scalp vein sets via a male connector that is compatible with luer lock and luer slip scalp vein sets. The holders are desinged to fit the vacuum blood collection tubes during blood collection sessions. The holder is a safety device that prevents the healthcare personel from being injured by the blood collection needle when inserting the vacuum tube to the blood collection needle. Blood Collection Holder and Scalp Vein Set are sold separately.
