Customers must contact LCH within 3 business days from goods receipt date if they intend to return or exchange goods. No refund or exchange thereafter. All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for arranging a return. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of the return and exchange. Exchanges are considered as a new deliveries, thereby customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
